When I arrived at the venue, it was half empty. Five finger death punch also had a lot of wild energy and really got the crowd into a frenzied pit for much of their set. Suly is one of the most talented frontmen and a phenomenal musician. I have to admit, after all these years, I still think that song kicks butt. Everyone lost their mind when they sang their big hit "bodies hit the floor." Drowning Pool started their set with very high energy. As I've seen Lukas Nelson do, they had an awesome visual thing going on with their show. He was definitely spiritually connected that night. Good vibe overall. Cool backdrop pictures, videos, and lasers were all set to their music. His vocals were ON! He's easy on the eyes as well. He's not trying to be an over-the-top rocker dude; he is in control of his show.
